• Solamu is backed by a limited lifetime warranty based on the following terms and conditions: Valid for active clients only. To be an active client, a minimum of five (5) cases per month must be sent to the lab. A two-week turn around time may apply, and there is no rush service. There will be no reimbursement of any fees charged by the dentist or dental practice. There may be a material and/or shipping charge. The Warranty does not cover any harm arising from the misuse of the product in any form/way. The Warranty covers only the original specifications. If the specifications are modified or altered, or materials are changed, the warranty will be voided. In case of replacement of a crown with noble or high noble alloys, the recovered alloys must be returned back to the lab or the lab will charge for the alloys used.

• For cases with no occlusal clearance, and if there is no other instruction, we will reduce abutment with reduction copying or adjust opposing, whichever is most appropriate. In case we make a coping, there will be a $5 charge. If your crowns or bridges does not fit on the first try in, your first instinct is to try to seat the crown. If it doesn’t fit, first take a look at the working model for any marks for reduction before seating a crown, it may be marked in red or blue. Sometime the doctor is not aware of this situation, and they simply return it back to the lab complaining that the crown does not seat. Many times we receive this type of case back for a remake. We can’t remake unless you have prepped again and take a new impression. In cases like this we would charge again, since lack of occlusal clearance is not a lab mistake.

• Do not schedule your patients appointment to seat crowns on the day after your immediate return to the office after a closure, vacation, or long weekend.

• Prompt payment is necessary in order to maintain a good working relationship. We will send the monthly statement on the 1st day of the month. You must have your credit card information in our file. Full payment is expected by the 21st of each month. If we don’t receive your payment by the 21st of the month, we are going to charge the payment due to your credit card. If you do not send payment by the 21st or your credit card is declined, there will be an added finance charge of $40 or 1.98% per month to your total balance whichever is greater. In case of returned check, there will be a $50 financial charge plus a $40 or 1.98% per month late charge. After a returned check, only Bank Check or Money Order will be accepted. We also accept payments through Paypal account: send to solamuofbeverlyhills@gmail.com. The case will be placed on hold if full payment is not received by 21st of the month.

• If at all possible use emails to contact the lab. Always reference the patient’s name.

• Every patient is unique in regard to shades, and there are many factors that contribute, such as dentin shade, translucency, unusual lines that look like a window crack, calcification, a glass-like look, and the list goes on. Even more challenging is when a patient has bleached teeth. Please educate the patient that some shades cannot be reproduced. For example, with a limited reduced teeth prep, a highly translucent shade cannot be achieved by a porcelain fused to metal.

• By sending cases to us, you are entering into a binding contract to follow the notes above.

•All items supplied remain the property of the laboratory until payment is received.

•All accounts are strictly net and are payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

•The laboratory reserves the right to check the credit rating of any client.

•The laboratory will charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 1.98% per month. This will be applied to the total amount outstanding including any previous interest charged.

•Crowns and bridges are constructed to the specification prescribed on the laboratory work ticket. The laboratory is not responsible for the suitability of that specification. By fitting of a crown or bridge, the client accepts that the laboratory has fabricated to the specification and satisfaction of the client.

•All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. The client is responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred through changing instructions or delivery dates after the work has been accepted by the laboratory.

•Remakes must be accompanied with a reason for remake. If there is no reason for remake, the laboratory reserves the right to charge for the remaking.

•The laboratory will only consider claims for remakes at the concessionary remake rate within 30 days of the delivery date. The laboratory holds no responsibility for any mistake due to the unclear instructions or lack of information.

•The laboratory reserves the right to charge for the remaking.

•The crown and bridge must be delivered within two weeks of delivery date. If crown or bridge does not fit and if it was delivered more than two weeks of the lab delivery date, the lab has right to charge for the remaking.

•The laboratory endeavors to interpret and follow the client's instructions correctly. If, however, a mistake is made, the laboratory will rectify the situation free of charge as quickly as production techniques allow. The laboratory will not compensate dentist's fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind. The laboratory endeavors to deliver work on or before the delivery date specified by the client. If, however, for any reason this has not been possible, the laboratory will not compensate dentist's fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.
